Featured Y-PLAN Global Programs

Over the last decade, Y-PLAN Global has facilitated more than 20 global exchange programs, working with more than 5,000 students from 4 continents and thousands of community partners and civic leaders for 20 countries. Many young people come to Y-PLAN Global after experiencing traumatic situations, such as natural disasters (TOMODACHI), drug violence (Jóvenes en Acción in Mexico) and socio-economic inequality (Youth Leadership Program with Sub-Saharan Africa). After completing the program, participants report experiencing a new sense of hope, resilience, commitment, and agency despite their circumstances.
